Created for the ISTD Awards brief on Power, this project explores how everyday systems shape and influence modern life. I developed the concept around our growing reliance on technology, transport, communication, and digital networks, using it to shape both the content and visual direction of the book. Through typography, layout, and sequencing, I highlighted themes of reliance, vulnerability, and complexity, encouraging readers to consider the hidden structures behind daily routines. The publication aims to be both accessible and thought-provoking, reflecting on how systems designed to serve us have gradually gained power over the way we live.
